Falling Like Snowflakes – Denise Hunter
Denise
Hunter is one of my favorite contemporary authors. I am immediately sucked into her stories. I am usually hooked by page 2, which is quite
an accomplishment considering I am ADD when it comes to books…and focus!
Falling
Like Snowflakes is the first book in her new series – Summer Harbor. However, there is a link to her last book Married
‘til Monday. (I highly recommend
that whole series, too!)
Eden,
otherwise known as Kate, is on the run with her son, Micah, otherwise known as
Jack. They are running from something
horrible towards safely. Her life is
hard! Circumstances work out for her as
she is given a job helping at the Callahan household. It gets a little sticky with Beau, Zac, and
Riley. Let’s not forget about the
somewhat grumpy Aunt Trudy. You see one
of these Callahan brothers has a girlfriend, but one of the other brothers
secretly feels something towards Kate.
It’s complicated! OH….but it is a
good complicated!
Kate is
trapped by fear. She is somewhat trapped
by circumstance.
I finished
this book in just a couple of days. The
days were extremely busy, but I managed to procrastinate on several other
things to finish this great story!
Buy this
book!
** I was given a copy of this book in exchange for my honest
review. **
