A Tapestry of Secrets
– Sarah Loudin Thomas
A Tapestry of Secrets is book
number 3 in Appalachian Blessings Series. I have read all 3 books, and enjoyed this one
very much. I love books set in the
Appalachian Mountains because that is where my parents were raised. I can put these words in the mountains of
Southeaster Kentucky, and picture the story unfolding. (Although this story isn’t in Kentucky.)
This
is the story of Perla and Ella, and many other family members. You will find Ella searching for what is
truly important, and see her confused while she is enticed by different
situations. You will see Perla struggle
to help regain her health. You will see
examples of Christ, and examples of evil.
It really is a great story.
I
love the “being real” references in this book.
Seriously, if people were real many relationship struggles would be
eliminated. I just really loved The Velveteen Rabbit references.
I
don’t understand why Amazon isn’t offering to sale this book new on it’s
own. It is really a great story. Buy this book! Read it!
I
was given this book in exchange for an honest review.
